Day/Night
The camera automatically switches between colour images in day conditions and black-and-white images
in night conditions. The camera has an IR-cut filter that filters the IR light, so it cannot distort the colour
image.
Use this function to control the day/night behaviour of the camera.
Menu: DAY&NIGHT
AUTO: use this setting for cameras without IR-cut filter, or if you want to switch the IR-cut filter off
during the day. In this case, the IR light is not filtered during the day, and colours may be distorted
by the IR light.
IR-CUT: the camera automatically disables the IR-cut filter during night conditions. During the day,
the IR light is filtered so that the colours are not distorted. During the night, the IR light is used to
generate better images.
