6 Operation
After pressing the main switch a message shows the autoclave model and automati-
cally jumps to the main menu.
6.1 Select a cycle (program)
•
Open the door. Place the load trays.
•
Press "Menu/C" key, to enter cycle selection screen.
•
Press "STEP " or "DOWN " key to select one of the cycles:
UNIVERSAL B CYCLE: 134ºC 4 min.
•
Press OK key for confi rmation.
•
Set drying time to 5 or 10 min by pressing "QUICK" key.
18 min B CYCLE: 134ºC 18 min.
•
Use for Wrapped load and Prions processing.
•
Press OK key for confi rmation.
•
Set drying time to 5 or 10 min by pressing "QUICK" key.
Unwrapped load. 134 ºC 4min.
•
For not wrapped load thermal resistant.
•
Press OK key for confi rmation.
•
Set drying time to 5 or 10 min by pressing "QUICK" key.
Low temperature wrapped load. 121ºC 16min.
•
For wrapped load not compatible with 134ºC temperature.
•
Press OK key for confi rmation.
•
Set drying time to 5 or 10 min by pressing "QUICK" key.
Bowie Dick. Test for sterilization validation or OQ stage.
•
Press OK key for confi rmation.
Vacuum test. Test for leakage checking or OQ stage.
•
Press OK key for confi rmation.
6.2 Run a cycle (program)
Once the load is placed into the chamber and program selected.
•
Close the door.
•
Press "START/STOP". At the moment the electrical lock acts.
•
For safety reasons, if the door locking was not right, the programs do not start.
6.3 Cycle abort (program stop)
Once the program is initiated can also be stopped.
•
Close the door.
•
Press "MENU/C" for 3 seconds. This causes program jumps to the following phase.
•
Repeat operation up to the end.
Note:
If the water level is lower than the minimum level, the message "NOTICE Refi lling"
appears on the screen and an alarm will sound.
Afterwards, refi ll the water reservoir. Do not forget to empty the reservoir for
used water.
