If the washing machine freezes
1.
Cover the tap and the universal coupling with a hot towel.
2. Remove the water inlet pipe and insert it into 50ºC water.
3. Pour about 2-3 l of water into the drum at 50ºC.
4. Connect the water inlet hose, open the tap and start the machine, check that the water inlet
and outlet are normal.

Cleaning of the discharge pump filter (suggestion: once a month)
1. Press down the pump fixer after the water outlet and turn off the power, open the filter
cover of the water pump (Caution: if there is hot water inside, you must first let it cool down).
2.
Pull out the filter counterclockwise.
3. Wash the filter.
4. Hold the pump and insert the filter, tighten it clockwise and fit the cover.
Caution: a. Tighten the filter securely to prevent leakage.
b. Do not clean during operation.
Drum cleaning (suggestion: once a month)
After use over a period of time, there may be some soiling. You can clean the inside and outside
of the drum by performing the procedure for the drum.
Caution: Do not insert laundry and detergent when cleaning the drum.
