Troubleshooting

Causes
Clogged main filter
Clogged suction hose
Motor protector tripper
The filter is torn
Inadequate filter
Incorrect connection to the electricity

Non existent or inefficient earthing

Remedies
Shake the filter. Replace it if this is not
sufficient
Check the suction hose and clean it
Check the setting. Check the power draw
of the motor. Contact an authorized after-
sales service centre if necessary
Change it with another of identical
category
Change it with another of a suitable
category and check
Remove the plug and invert two of the
live wires
Check all earth connections. Particularly
check the suction inlet Lastly, the hose
must be strictly antistatic
