ASSEMBLY

Step by step
Remove the rowing machine
from the package and place it
into the ground.

Install the slide rail set, then

install the rear joint and the
stopper into the slide rail set.
Use the 5mm and 6mm type
Allen wrenches, 2 M8x20
semi-circular hexagon
socket head cap screws, 2
curved washers, and 1M8x35
hexagon socket head cap
screw to secure the slide rail
set, but do not lock screws.
Repeat for the other side.

Hold the pull pin with
your hand and pull it out.
Rotate the pull pin to lower
the column. Put it in the
designated position and
replace the pull pin.
