4-1 Refrigerant piping
4-1-1 Flaring
Use a pipe cutter to cut the refrigerant pipe and use an expander to make a flaring.

Fastening nut
Align the connecting pipe, tighten it by hand, and then use a wrench to further tighten it
!
Notice
1.To prevent the copper pipe from internal oxidation, its welding must be done with nitrogen filled.
Otherwise, the oxide skin will plug the refrigeration system!
2.While the nut is being fastened, too much force will break the flared socket, but too weak force will
result in leakage. Please refer to the tightening torque in the table above to fasten the nuts.
