ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
The assistance of a second person is
recommended when assembling this
unit Take the unit out of its box and
make sure that all of the pieces are
there Fig.1:
(71) Monitor; (1) Main body; (8)
Handlebar;

stabiliser bar with adjustable feet; (2)
Front stabiliser bar with wheels; (30L)
Left pedal; (30R) Right pedal; (9) Slot
head bolt ; (6) Slider; (10) Washer;
(79) Knob; (72) D8 flat washer; (73)
Hex screw; (40) Knob; (41) Washer;
(43) screw.
1. Position the machine's rear stand
on the rear stabilizer bar (3), as shown
in Fig.2, insert the bolts (9) and the
washers
(10),
securely.
2. Position the front stabiliser bar with
wheels (2) with the wheels facing
forwards, as shown in Fig.2, insert the
bolts (9) and the washers (10), and
tighten securely.
3.- ATTACHING THE SADDLE.-
Place the slider (6) on the seat post.
Fix the position by inserting the screw
(43), the washer (41) and the knob
(40).
Insert the slider tube (6) through the
hole on the saddle post (7), Fig.3,
position it correctly and tighten the
saddle nuts, Fig.3.
Place the bottle holder (74) in the main
body (1) and screw it in with the
screws (24).
ADJUSTING THE SADDLE HEIGHT.-
Loosen the saddle post adjustment
knob slightly by turning it anticlockwise,
move
the
saddle
comfortable for doing exercise and then

tighten

a

by turning it clockwise.

going beyond the "STOP" mark.

Loosen the knob slightly by turning it

and then tighten the knob securely by
turning it clockwise.

going beyond the "STOP" mark.
4.- FITTING THE HANDLEBAR.-
Place the handlebar post (5) on the
main body and adjust the height with
the knob (79), Fig.4. Position the
handlebar (8) on the handlebar stem
(72), Fig.4 and tighten with the screws
(73) and spring washers (72), but
make sure that the handlebar is
aligned correctly before tightening the
screws securely.
ADJUSTING THE HANDLEBAR
VERTICALLY.-
Position the handlebar (8) at
comfortable
exercise, now tighten knob securely,

Stay within the references without
going beyond the "STOP" mark.
5.- ATTACHING THE MONITOR.-
Fit the monitor (71), Fig.4, into the
handlebar bracket (8) and insert the
jack on the middle cable (36) into the
back of the monitor
6.- FITTING THE PEDALS.-
The assembly instructions for the
pedals must be followed to the letter,
fitting these incorrectly could damage
