REPAIR
The following table shows the types of breakdowns and possible causes and tells you how you can reme-
dy it if your garden tool does not work properly. If despite this you cannot locate the problem and solve it,
contact our Voltr / Alice's Garden after-sales service.

Possible cause
Solution
Check the power cable, the mains sheet and the
house fuses
Wait until the machine cools then press the
safety button (C). Reconnect the machine and
turn it on.
Clean the evacuation duct.
If irreparable, change it.
If the snow strawberry is damaged, change it.
After disconnecting the device, check that each
wheel turns freely, and release the elements that
can hinder.
Turn off and wait until all the elements are stop-
ped. Remove the blocking elements.
Check all the screws and fixing elements, then
tighten them.
Dispercase your device and remove the blocking
elements.
