Battery Disposal
Separate collection of used batteries is required in many regions; check the regulations in
your area before discarding used batteries. At the end of the product life, please contact our
Customer Care Centre to receive instructions on proper disposal of the unit. Please do not

Important Recycling Advice
Please respect the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment regulations in your country. This
equipment must be recycled. If you no longer require this equipment, do not place it in the
normal municipal waste system. Please return it to where it was purchased in order that it can be
placed in our recycling system. If this is not possible, please contact the Customer Care Centre

Troubleshooting
• Make sure the Receiver Collar has been turned on.
• If your range has reduced from the fi rst time you
used the Remote Trainer, the battery(s) may be low in
either the Handheld Remote or Receiver Collar. This is
indicated by the Indicator Light or the LED fl ashing.
• Increase the Spray Level by 1. See "Find the Best
Spray Level for Your Pet."
• Make sure the Receiver Collar has been charged.
For the initial charge, be sure to charge it for 2 hours.
Subsequent charges only take 4-5 hours.
• Verify the Receiver Collar is on.
• See "To Pair the Handheld Remote and the
Receiver Collar."
• If the Receiver Collar is still not responding, contact
the Customer Care Centre.
