INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE

5.1
DISCOSOL CLEANING
The transparent upper part must be kept as clean as possible as dust and dirt limit the passage of the
sun's rays, reducing its efficiency. For cleaning use only water with non-rough cloths, to avoid scratching the dome
that would lose transparency.
5.2
PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
The appliance must be checked at least once a year.
In particular, it is necessary to:
• check the condition of the domes and the sealing gasket, making sure that there are no cracks on the domes or
cracks in the sealing gasket, in order to avoid condensation inside which would alter the performance of the panel.
• check the status of the tray making sure that no water leaks
• replacement of the magnesium anode to restore an effective protection against galvanic corrosion
• verification of fixings and fittings
The lack of regular maintenance can cause damage to the system and to people or animals for which the
manufacturer can not be held responsible.
Maintenance must be performed by an authorized technician.
During maintenance, pay attention to all the safety instructions given in the previous paragraphs
