Caution: Like any mechanical component, a bike experiences high stress
and wears out.
Different materials and components may react differently to wear or fatigue.
If the expected lifetime of a component has been exceeded, it may break
suddenly
risking injury to the cyclist.
Cracks, scratches and discolourations in areas of high stress
indicate that the component has exceeded its lifetime and needs to be
replaced.
2) Applicable warranties
We are committed to ensuring that your electric-assisted bike is manufac-
tured with the utmost care, but in case you encounter any problems, know
that you have a commercial warranty from the date of purchase of:
• 2 years for the frame.
• 2 years for the motor.
• 2 years for parts, excluding wear parts (tires, inner tube, brake pads,
handles,
saddle and cable).
• 2 years for lithium batteries and charger (Return your used battery to your
store,
it will be recycled!).
To implement this warranty, the user must present the product to the
distributor, accompanied
by receipt or purchase invoice.
The warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear of the parts related to
the use of the product.
The commercial warranty provided above does not in any way limit the right
of the buyer to claim against
guarantees of hidden defects or non-conformity, as provided for across the
countries of
Western Europe. For more information, refer to the current law in your
country.
