3) Mounting the pedals
Place the right pedal (R) in the crank on the derailleur side (or chain side)
and screw in the pivot with the 15 mm wrench provided for this purpose by
turning it clockwise. Then place the left pedal (L) in the left crank and screw
in the pivot anti-clockwise with the corresponding wrench.
Attaching the wrong pedal can cause irreparable damage. Check if the
pedal pivot is aligned with the crank thread before tightening. The internal
threads of the crank and the pedals will not benefit from the warranty if the
pedals were reversed during the assembly phase.
4) Tyres
Your bike is equipped with a 29inches (29") wheel. Check tyre pressure.
Riding with tyres that are insufficiently inflated or over-inflated can impair
performance, cause premature wear, damage to the rim, reduce control or
increase the risk of accidents.
For safe use, regularly check the condition of the rims.
If heavy wear or a notch is visible on one of the tyres, replace it before using
the bike.
