Problem
The gate cannot open or close
normally, and LED does not light

After receiving the door opener, you should perform an inspection, in which you should check if the product is damaged. If you have
any problems please contact our distributor. You will find the following items in our standard packaging:

Solution
1. Switch on the power supply.
2. Check the fuse (code FU1), change
the fuse if burnt.

2.Make sure that the infrared sensor
function is enabled.
