TROUBLESHOOTING
The following table gives problems and actions that you can perform if your machine does not operate
correctly.
WARNING: Switch the machine off and remove the battery prior to any troubleshooting.

The product does not start
The product stops during

Excessive vibrations/ noise.

Low battery voltage.
Temperature issue.

Battery needs to be charged.

The battery is not fully
inserted to the machine.

The air intake screen is
blocked
Possible Causes
The battery is discharged
Temperature issue.

Corrective Action
Charge the battery.
Remove the battery.
Let the machine cool down or warm up.
Clean the battery connectors with
compressed air or a soft brush.
Charge the battery.
Contact Service Agent.
Remove & reinsert battery fully.
Contact Service Agent.
Remove the battery;
Open the air intake and clear the
unwanted materials away.
Corrective Action
Charge the battery and check the charger
for proper operation.If battery fails to
charge, contact your Service Agent.
Use the battery in surroundings where
temperatures are between -4°F to 113°F
(-20°C to 45°C) for discharge.
