serious injury. Solvents, which are used to clean the tool holder and the body, can cause seals softening. Thoroughly clean the
tool before starting your work.
In case of fi nding any irregularities in the tool operation, the tool you should be immediately disconnect from the pneumatic system.
All the elements of the pneumatic system must be protected against contamination. Contamination, that enters the pneumatic
system can damage the tool and other air system components.
Maintenance before and after each use
Disconnect the tool from the pneumatic system.
After each use, you should thoroughly clean the grease gun, hose and gun from grease residues. The interior of the grease ap-
plication system normally requires no maintenance, because the grease, which is staying inside grease gun system, has suffi cient
maintenance properties.
Before each use, let a small amount of liquid preservative (e.g.. WD-40) through the air intake.
Connect the grease gun to the pneumatic system and run it for about 30 seconds on its low speed. This will distribute the preserva-
tive liquid inside the tool interior and will clean it.
Again, disconnect the tool from the pneumatic system.
Small amount of oil for pneumatic tools SAE viscosity 10 let to the tool interior, through the air inlet and the holes intended for this
purpose. Connect the tool and run it for a short time on its low speed.
Attention! Maintenance liquid may not be used as an appropriate lubricating oil.
Remove excess of oil, that spill out through the holes. Left oil may damage the tool seals.
Troubleshooting
You should stop using the tool immediately after the disguardy of any fault. Work with a defective tool can cause injury. Any repair
or replacement of tool components must be carried out by qualifi ed personnel in authorized repair facility. The table below shows
the most likely malfunctions that user may encounter when is operating the grease gun.
Fault description
Stop the pump (in addition to the normal stop of the
pump in the balance state).
Grease does not come out from the gun nozzle.
Air leakage.
Too low effi ciency of the grease gun.
Grease leaks out during air outlet.
Grease is leaking through the gun joint.
Replacement parts
In order to obtain the information on spare parts for pneumatic tools, you must contact the manufacturer or its representative.
Transport of the grease gun
The base of the grease gun is equipped with two wheels, that make it easy to transport on short distances in the workplace. Dur-
ing transportation over greater distances the tank and the entire installation should be emptied of grease, then preserve it as it is
described above. Disconnect the hose and gun. The grease gun should be stored in an upright position.
Storage of the grease gun
Before beginning to store the grease gun, you should empty the tank from grease, the entire internal installation, also fl ush the
installation and maintain it.
Grease gun should be stored indoors in a dry and shaded place. The storage location should be protected against unauthorized
access, in particular against access of children.
Handling of waste tools
Worn tools are secondary raw materials, it is forbidden to dispose of them together with household waste. because they contain
substances harmful to human health and the environment! Please actively support the cost-eff ective management of natural
resources and environmental protection by passing the used equipment to the point of storage for worn out devices. To reduce the
amount of disposed waste it is necessary to re-use them, recycle or recover in another form.
