SOLUTION
Call service provider or dealer
* Check whether the power cord is
damaged or not.
* check whether the power cord is
plug well.
If no above question, call service

* unknit the cannula
* re-install the humidifier cap

solve the trouble
* to tight the knob,turn the knob
slowly and softly

* keep the same temperature of
equipment and cannula (at same

* put your hand on the side of inlet,
to feel whether has cooling wind
enter, yes means cooling fan is well,
no means it's broken
* if fan is well, to check how long
time it became overheating after
start, if it will be hotter and hotter
* Call service provider and inform
the details
Turn off the power switch, to re-
open till the ball of flow meter drops
. Restart the concentrator
If the issue repeats, call service
provider
* power switch on, turn the flow
knob anticlockwise, to check the
adapter whether move with the
knob together, if not, means the
flow meter is broken. Otherwise,
check the leaking of this product

the details
