PROPER CARE AND MAINTENANCE WILL
KEEP YOUR APPLIANCE OPERATING
SMOOTHLY.
NOTE: Clean the entire appliance each year
and tighten all hardware 1-2 times a year or
more depending on frequency of use.
• Turn all control knobs to the OFF position
before cleaning.
• Unplug your grill
• Clean the temperature probe with mild
dish detergent to ensure accurate grill
temperatures.
• Clean ash cup after ashes are cold. To
remove buildup, residue, and dust, remove
ashes after every use. This will help prolong
the life of the ash tray.
• To remove the ash from the ash cup, rotate
the handle counterclockwise to disengage
the cup from the housing. Then discard
ashes. Align the pan back to the housing and
rotate clockwise to secure back in place.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
• Use a standard grill brush to clean cooking

after use. Mild dish soap can help remove
food remnants.
• Dispose of cold ashes by soaking with
water and discarding in a non-combustible
container.
• Always cover and store grill in a protected
DRY AREA.
• When in storage, remember to check your
grill periodically to avoid possible rust and
corrosion due to moisture buildup.
• When the deflector shield is not needed, you
can store it on the back of the unit as shown
