Control Knob
1. Press start to light up the screen.
2. Left-handed "+"
3. Right-handed "-"
4. Long press for 3 seconds to turn off
the system and turn off the screen.
5. After setting the temperature, there
will be no action for 5 seconds, and
the setting temperature will stop
flashing and save
6. Set the temperature again from the
last value.
7. After the completion of step 1,
if there is no action within 15
seconds, return to the main
screen and display the grilling net
temperature.
8. When adjusting the knob, don't stop
the fan.
Start / Stop
When the required time is set, press
once to confirm and start timing.
Press again to pause timing.
When the set time is up, the system
will emit a 3 beep prompt, press and
hold for 3 seconds to return to zero.
Displays the grilling net temperature.

CONTROL PANEL
Press the cycle key 3 times to display
the set temperature.
MEAT PROBE
Hour / Minute / Vent
Used to switch between hour,
minute and vent. When venting the
fan will run for 15 seconds.
When the display and knob turn
green open 1/2", count 3 seconds,
then continue to open the lid slowly.
Note:
Venting will prevent grill flashback.
Flashback is a surge of white-hot heat
caused by a rush of oxygen. To avoid
dangerous flashbacks, use the vent
funtion everytime you open the grill lid.
Cycle
1. Press once to select the set time.
2. Press twice to select the set
temperature. After 15 seconds
selection will return to the main
screen.
3. Press 3 times to display the set
temperature. After 15 seconds
selection will return to the main
screen.
4. Press 4 times to display the probe
temperature. After 15 seconds
selection will return to the main
screen.
Press the cycle key 4 times to display
the temperature of the meat
temperature probe.
