3.7. Safety
3.7.1. Wintering mode
• Wintering mode :
- is activated by default.
- starts automatically as soon as the water temperature drops below 59°F.
• When wintering mode is on :

- Production is stopped.
- The pH regulation is maintained if it is activated.
• To switch off wintering mode : press on OK.

Turn off the power to prevent damage to the electronic unit.

Blow out the water from the water circuit including the cell.

Remove the electronic unit by disconnecting the flow sensor, power supply, grounding, salt/temperature
sensor and connectors on the cell. If the pH probe is used, follow the specific procedures for winterizing the
probe.

Tuck the box into a shed or your home to protect it from winter weather.
You can also remove the probes from the accessory holder and plug the holes with the plugs originally supplied
with the product.
