Hydraulic Connection
Prior to installation of Fresh Water Module remove dust cov-
ers. The pipelines are connected according to the key that is
clearly attached to the module. The pipe routes to the buffer
should be as short as possible! With galvanized pipelines and
fittings, the installation procedure is to be observed in order
to avoid electrochemical corrosion.
We recommend that flushing connections are fitted at
the cold- and hot water connections.
For the assembly on the buffer the corrugated pipe tank con-
nection set FWMPVS is to be used. This is a safe and time-
saving connection. Install the ball valves first on the module
and then connect the pre-bent FWMPVS on the ball valves
with the appropriate buffer connection. The pipes from and
to the buffer can also be designed – e.g. for wall assembly
of the FWM20/FWM35 – at least in the dimension Cu28, in
order to ensure the necessary flow of approx.
2800 L/h. The installation in gravity heating systems is
forbidden!
CAUTION:
The flat-sealing connections are only to be tightened after
the pipelines have been sealed. Tightening torques or the
effects of force on already pre-installed module components
and connection points are to be strictly avoided!
In addition, all flat-sealing threaded connections of the
module are to be checked for correct tightening torque of the
union nuts (threaded connections can loosen during
transport!).
Electrical Connection
The internal wiring of the system's electrical parts was
carried out at the factory. The connection to the power net-
work (230 V/AC, 50 - 60 Hz) is carried out with the already
connected mains connection cable. Work on parts of the
module conducting electricity is carried out exclusively under
observance of the respective regulations of the energy sup-
ply company and the valid, relevant standards.
CAUTION:
Ensure isolation from the mains voltage every time before
the control box housing is opened!

The use of the device contrary to
regulations, as well as
impermissible modifications during
assembly, leads to the exclusion of
any liability claims.

country, the following standards are
to be observed in particular:

Due to the regulating equipment
freedom from dirt is to be ensured
for the entire system (drinking and
heating water) (if necessary fit dirt
traps).
