7) Replace the pattern strips 1 back in to the front of the biscuit attachment 1.
Ensure that the grip on the pattern strips 1 points away from the appliance.
If it does not, you will not be able to adjust the pattern, which is located
directly on the grip.
8) Assemble the meat grinder casing 6 as described under "Assembling the
meat grinder".
9) To dismantle it, you must first remove the pattern strips 1 before you can
screw the ring clamp t open and take the biscuit attachment 1 back out.
Fitting the strainer attachment
Unfold the fold-out page – it contains the step-by-step illustrations for assembling
the appliance.
1) Remove the meat grinder casing 6 as described in "Assembling the meat
grinder".
2) Remove any attachments that might be fitted and clean the meat grinder
casing 6.
NOTE
Neither the cross blade e with the spring w, nor a cutting or sausage
►
disc r/u are required for the tomato strainer! Remove these from the
meat grinder casing 6 if necessary.
3) Push the transport screw q into the meat grinder casing 6.
4) Place the plastic screw 9 onto the transport screw q. Make sure that the
angular axis of the transport screw q engages completely in the square
recess of the plastic screw 9. You may need to turn the plastic screw 9
back and forth a little until is securely in place.
5) Then push the strainer sieve 0 all the way over the plastic screw 9. Place it
onto the meat grinder casing 6 so that the two small fastenings engage in
the two matching recesses on the thread. This prevents the strainer sieve 0
from turning. The small holes on the strainer sieve 0 face downwards.
6) When all the parts have been put together correctly, roll the ring clamp t
over the strainer sieve 0 and then screw it hand tight onto the meat grinder
casing 6.
7) Fit the meat grinder casing 6 as described in "Assembling the meat grinder".
8) Now attach the drip tray 8 onto the strainer sieve 0 (see fig. 2). To do this,
push the ring onto the tip of the strainer sieve 0 and hook the fasteners 7
on both sides of the wide end. The hole in the drip tray 8 faces downwards.
