Grid support
You can place the tray on 3 different levels, depending on the dish you want to cook.
For instance, when making macaroni au gratin and you want to have the top part cooked more,
use the top level.
Rotisserie: Useful to roast a great variety of meats and poultry.
Rotisserie handle: Allows holding and using the rotisserie.
Before using the unit for the first time
Heat the empty oven.
Insert the baking tray and grid.
Set the function knob to the combined upper and lower heat position, and the mode knob to
Convection, then set 230 ºC with the temperature knob and heat the oven while empty for 10
minutes.
Note: There may be some smoke and a burning smell at first, but this is not a malfunction.
Warning:
The weight of the food which is put in the oven cannot be over 2,5 kg.
When placing food inside the oven, spread it evenly and do not concentrate it on one side.
3. OPERATION
Mode
Adjust the mode knob according to the dish to be cooked.
Select convection, rotisserie or convection + rotisserie to combine the desired functions
according to the dish to be cooked.

Functions
Set the desired functions according to the food to be cooked with the function knob.
Select lower heat (ideal for pork fillets, chicken leg, chicken wings, potato slices, poultry, chops
or fish), combined upper heat + lower heat (ideal for bread, pizzas or meat), or upper heat (ideal
for cooking whole chicken and other meats), according to the type of food to be cooked. The
front light indicator will indicate when the device is operating.
