1. To call up the menu sequence "units and preset", long press the "PRESET" button.
2. Press and hold the "PRESET" button.
▶ The display changes cyclically every two seconds between the "Pre", "mm" and "Inch" displays
3. To change the measurement unit, release the "PRESET" button when the desired measuring unit is displayed.
▶ The measuring unit is set and displayed.
▶ The measured value display is shown again.
4. To enter a preset value, release the "PRESET" button when "Pre" is displayed.
5. To select the sign or a digit to change, briefly press the "ON" button again.
▶ The sign or the selected digit flashes.
6. To change the sign or the digit, briefly press the "DATA" button again.
▶ Each time the DATA button is pressed, the sign is changed or the active digit is increased to the next numeric value.
7. To finish entering the preset value, long press the "PRESET" button.
▶ The preset value is saved.
▶ The measured value display is shown again.

CHANGING THE BATTERY
ü Caliper is switched off.
1. Remove the battery compartment screw using a screwdriver.
2. Remove the battery compartment.
3. Replace CR2032 battery.
▶ Positive terminal faces upwards.
4. Insert battery compartment.
