1. The switching point (on/off) of the pump can be adjusted
by changing the position of the float switch cable (2) on
its holder (3).
Before starting the pump, check the following points:
▪ The float switch (1) must be set so that it can be raised
and lowered according to the fluctuations in the water
level without restrictions;
▪ The distance between the float switch and the holder (3)
must not be too short. If the distance is too short, the
pump may not work properly;
▪ When adjusting, please note that the float switch must
not touch the bottom before the pump shuts off. If this
occurs, there is a risk of running dry.
1. After placing the submersible water pump in the suction
location, plug in the power cord (5);
2. Lift the float switch (1) until the pump starts;
3. To stop the pump, lower the float switch.
1. After placing the submersible water pump in the suction
location, plug in the power cord (5);
2. The pump starts when the float switch (1) reaches the
maximum level set for the pump to start;
3. The pump shuts off when the float switch reaches the
minimum level set for the pump to stop.
This submersible water pump does not require any
maintenance,
however,
permanently, it should be checked regularly to ensure that
it is kept in perfect working order and has a long lifespan.
Every 3 months:
▪ Check that the float switch is operational;
▪ Clean the pump and the float switch (1), using running
water;
▪ Clean the suction area of the pump, remove the mud
accumulated at the bottom and clean the walls if
necessary.
When using the pump as a portable pump, clean it with
running water after each use.
Before carrying out any cleaning work, unplug the
power cord.
In the event of the impeller clogging due to excessive
accumulation of debris, threads or fibres, remove the
suction base and clean the inside of the pump.
1. Loosen the fixing bolts and remove the suction base
cover (8);
2. Loosen the fixing bolts and remove the suction base;
3. Clean the impeller and the impeller chamber, with
running water;
4. Fit the suction base and the cover. Tighten the fixing
bolts.
