The orbital sander is equipped with a speed control dial (5)
with 6 speed levels.
Level 1: Lowest speed;
Level 6: Highest speed.
1. Before plugging in the power cord (8), make sure the
"ON/OFF" switch (4) is "OFF" positioned;
2. Hold the sander by the handle (7) and the auxiliary
handle (3);
3. Press the "ON/OFF" switch to start the sander;
4. To switch off, release the "ON/OFF" switch".
You can operate the sander continuously by pressing the
"ON/OFF" switch lock-on button (6).
1. Place the whole sanding disc area over the workpiece;
2. Press the ON/OFF switch and move it by applying some
pressure on the workpiece, making circular/transverse
and linear movements;
3. Use coarse sandpapers for material removal and fine
sandpapers for finishing. To decide the best type of
sandpaper to use, perform tests before using it on the
workpiece.
Dust formed while the equipment is in use can be
hazardous to health:
▪ Always wear safety goggles and a dust mask when
sanding;
▪ All individuals working with the sander or entering the
workspace must wear a dust mask to protect themselves
from the effects of sanding;
▪ Eating, drinking and smoking are prohibited while
operating the sander;
▪ This sander is suitable for sanding wood, iron, plastic
and similar materials;
▪ It is prohibited to use this sander on plaster and lead
paint surfaces.
Before inspecting, carrying out any maintenance or
cleaning tasks, switch off the sander and unplug the power
cord.
The orbital sander does not require any additional
lubrication or servicing. However, for a continuous and
trouble-free operation, you must perform regular cleaning
and proper maintenance tasks.
Cleaning
After each use, clean all the components of the orbital
sander. Clean the orbital sander with a clean, damp cloth
and blow it out with compressed air at low pressure. Careful
handling protects the power tool and extends its service
life.
The power tool and its ventilation slots must be kept clean.
Clean the ventilation slots regularly or whenever they
become blocked.
Storage
When not in use, store the orbital sander in a dry, clean
place, free of corrosive smoke and out of children's reach.
