Turning on the unit:
To switch on the unit, use the power switch (1). Note, that if the remote
control is installed, the power switch on the thermal unit needs to be
always switched off. Use the power switch on remote control in this
case to turn on the thermal unit.
Note the unit will operate only when car engine is running, unless a
Powerpack has been installed or you use 110/230 VAC external
power supply.
Temperature setting:
•
For unlock the keypad touch a key for 1s: the display will show
the label "UnL.
•
During normal operation display shows the actual internal
temperature
•
Press the set button.
•
Press the selection UP/DOWN buttons to change the set
temperature.
•
Press the SET button again to confirm the temperature and
return to the current temperature display. (If no button is
pressed within 15 seconds, the current temperature is
automatically displayed).
Indicators:
Unit can be in one of 4 possible states:
•
Freezing active – indicated by symbol "compressor"
•
Defrosting active – indicated by symbol "defrost"
•
On temperature (in pre-set tolerance band) – "compressor"
symbol is off and symbol "evaporator fan" is on
•
Heating active – indicated by symbol "AUX"
Defrost:
After prolonged use, ice can build up on evaporator. Unit will
automatically perform a defrost cycle after 9 hours of continuous
