Thank you for purchasing one of our products. We recommend you carefully read this instruction manual: it
contains important information regarding safety regulations for use and maintenance of the appliance. It is also
recommended to keep this document carefully to consult in case of necessity.
1. Read these instructions carefully so as to familiarize yourself with the appliance before connecting
it to its gas container. Keep these instructions for future reference.
2. CATEGORY: DIRECT PRESSURE BUTANE-PROPANE MIXTURE. This device shall only be
used with direct pressure butane-propane cartridges Kemper mod. 575, 576, 580, 1121F1,
1126F46 and with KEMAP cartridge 581 e 581N.
3. Before connecting the appliance to the gas cartridge, always check the presence and good
condition of the seal between the device and the cartridge.
4. CATEGORY: DIRECT PRESSURE PROPANE. This device shall only be used with with propane
gas cylinder using a 2 m gas hose. Avoid twisting the hose.
5. Before connecting the appliance to the gas cylinder, always check the presence and good condition
of the seal between the connection and the appliance and between the hose and the gas cylinder.
It can be dangerous to try to use other gas cartridges or gas cylinder.

7. Carefully read the information stamped on the cartridge before you connect the unit to it.
8. Make sure the valve is closed before handling the equipment.
9. This device should only be used in sufficiently ventilated area in accordance with national
requirement. The volume of air needed for proper combustion and prevent formation of dangerous
unburned gas mixtures is 2 m
10. The appliance should be operated away from flammable materials and at a distance of 70 cm from
furniture, walls and ceiling.
11. If there is a leak on Your appliance (smell of gas) take it outside immediately into a well-ventilated
flam free location, where the leak may be detected and stopped. If you need to check for leaks on
your appliance, do it outside. Do not try to detect leaks using flames, use our item Revelgas 1726
or soapy water. Apply solution of soap and water or gas detector in the interspaces of the unit. If
bubbles appear, it means that there is a leak and it must be repaired before use. If you detect a
leak and you cannot repair it, don't try to fix it another way, but contact the customer service.
Do not use appliances which is leaking, damaged or which does not operate properly.

13. Never use appliances with worn or damaged seals.
14. Do not modify the device: it can be dangerous and void the warranty and all liability.
15. Do not use the appliance if not complete all of its components.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND ASSEMBLY WITH GAS HOSE CONNECTED TO THE CYLINDER
1. Check that the gas knob (4) is completely closed.
2. If the adapter (7) had been disassembled to use the appliance with the gas cartridge, reassemble
it on the welding torch by screwing it with a tightening torque of 20 Nm, using two special wrenches
(wrench that locks and wrench that screws).
3. Connect the pipe (8) to the connection (7) assembled on the appliance using two special wrenches
(wrench that locks and wrench that screws).
4. Check the presence and good condition of the hose seal before connecting it to the gas cylinder.
5. Connect the hose (8) to the gas cylinder valve.
6. Open the cylinder valve.
7. Slightly open the gas knob (4) to the sign «+» (counter clockwise), regulate ignition button (5) on
"ON" position and push the ignition button. Repeat in case of lighting failure.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND ASSEMBLY WITH CARTRIDGE
1. Check that the gas knob (4) is completely closed.
2. Remove the adapter (7) from the torch.
3. Check the presence and good condition of the seal inside the valve's threaded area and screw the
appliance completely on the cartridge.
4. Slightly open the gas knob (4) to the sign «+» (counter clockwise), regulate ignition button (5) on
"ON" position and push the ignition button. Repeat in case of lighting failure.
POWER ADJUSTMENT
1. The appliance is designed to work in a horizontal position and with any inclination (360°) after a
warm up for 20-30 seconds.
2. Increase the power of the apparatus by turning the gas knob (4) to the sign «+» (counter clockwise).
To decrease the power, turn the knob to the sign «-» (clockwise) until the shutdown.
3. After ignition to keep continuous burning flame push lock button (3) when appliance is running. If
not, when you release ignition button appliance stop the flame automatically.
4. Bring the lighted soldering iron to a vertical position for 5 seconds before switching it off.
5. After working, if you are using the appliance with a propane cylinder and gas hose, close the cylinder
valve.
6. Close completely the gas knob (4) and turn ignition button (5) to "OFF" to avoid accidental ignition.
