Cleaning the continuous filling kit
Preparation: B eforecleaning,thecontinuousfillingkitmustbetakenapart�
Please note that the nozzle needle cannot be removed, as it is permanently
connected to the valve unit!
- R emovethecontinuousfillingkit(2)fromthenebuliserchamber(3)andpulloutthecon-
nectors(1)
- U ndothescrews(4)farenoughthatthefloatcanberemoved
- C arefullyremovethefloat(5)fromthevalveunit(6)
Procedure:Theindividualpartsofthecontinuousfillingkitcanbecleanedanddisinfected
inaccordancewiththedetailsinthefollowingtable�Pleasenotethefollowingpoints:
- T hepartsmustbecleanedandthendriedbeforetheyaredisinfected�
- D irtparticlescanbecomeencapsulatedandthiscanleadtothedevicepartsnotbeing
sterileafterdisinfection�Therefore,beforedisinfection,alldevicepartsmustbecleaned
properlyandanystubbornmarksmustberemovedwithaclothanddetergent�
- W henusingdisinfectant,pleasefollowthemanufacturers'adviceandthatofhygiene
experts�
