2. Check the presence and good condition of the seal inside the valve's threaded area and screw the
appliance completely on the cartridge.
3. Slightly open the gas knob (4) to the sign «+» (counter clockwise), regulate ignition button (5) on
"ON" position and push the ignition button. Repeat in case of lighting failure.
POWER ADJUSTMENT
1. The appliance is designed to work in a horizontal position and with any inclination (360°) after a
warm up for 20-30 seconds.
2. Increase the power of the apparatus by turning the gas knob (4) to the sign «+» (counter clockwise).
To decrease the power, turn the knob to the sign «-» (clockwise) until the shutdown.
3. After ignition to keep continuous burning flame push lock button (3) when appliance is running. If
not, when you release ignition button (5), appliance stop the flame automatically.
4. Bring the lighted soldering iron to a vertical position for 5 seconds before switching it off.
5. After working, close completely the gas knob (4) and turn ignition button (5) to "OFF" to avoid
accidental ignition.
CARTRIDGE REPLACEMENT
1. The cartridge must be replaced in a ventilated area, preferably outside, away from open flames,
pilot flames and away from other people.
2. Check that the burner is off before disconnecting the cartridge. Make sure the gas knob (4) is closed.
3. Unscrew the unit from the empty cartridge, check the presence and condition of the seal between
the device and the cartridge, screw the unit on the new cartridge.
4. The cartridge must not be abandoned in the environment but in a safe place. Do not pierce the
cartridge. Never throw an empty cartridge into the fire.
MAINTENANCE
1. To clean the body of your device, use a cotton ball soaked in warm water and soap. Never use
abrasive products.
2. To clean the burner, use a soft brush.
STORAGE
When not using the equipment must be stored upright, in suitable places, to protect it from degradation
risks, the place must be well ventilated and away from children.
