Before first use
1) Wipe the appliance with a damp cloth, both inside
and outside, to remove any residual dust left over
from transport. Dry it well, so that there is no mois-
ture left on the appliance.
2) Place the appliance on a level and heat-resistant
surface. Also keep in mind that wax may splash or
drip onto the surface. The surface should therefore
be easy to clean.
Automatic power off
After 60 minutes, the appliance will turn off automati-
cally. After 55 minutes, the control lamp
flashing to notify you that the appliance is about to turn
off automatically.
The automatic power off is not intended as a substitute
for disconnecting the plug from the electrical power
after use! It is merely a safety feature! Always remove
the plug from the electrical power socket when the
appliance is not in use!
