Using three #6 x 5/8" Undercut (type 17) Screws (R), attach the Drawer Slides (Drawer Side Left)

(V4) and (Drawer Side Right) (V3) to the drawers. Place the wheels to the rear and align the front
edge flush to the drawer side. The slides will extend beyond the back of the drawer. See Figure 8.
Attach a Drawer Face (E) to the Drawer False Front (C). Insert #8 x 1-3/8" Machine Screws (ZH)

through the center holes in the Drawer False Front and LOOSELY fasten the Knobs (Tc). See
Figure 9. DO NOT INSERT THE LOPROFILE SCREWS (Sd) YET.
Repeat the above steps for the remaining Drawer Faces (E) for the other five drawers.

10. Insert the left bottom drawer in the unit. Make sure that the Knobs (Tc) are loose enough to allow the
Drawer Face to move freely on the Drawer False Front. Adjust the Drawer Face (E) on the Drawer
False Front (C) so that it is centered side to side, and by using the Spacer (ZC), it extends 1/8"
above the top of the Base (K). See Figure 10. Tighten the Knobs (Tc). Insert four #8 x 7/8" Black
Lo-Profile Screws (Sd) through the holes in the Drawer False Front (C) and fasten securely.
See Figure 10a. Repeat for the bottom right drawer.
Working your way up, repeat the above steps for each drawer. To ensure that the drawer slides
function properly, make sure there is a 1/8" gap between each drawer.
