TO MAKE AN ANGLE CUT (Figure 17)
1.
Slide the angle guide over the fence guide.
2.
Adjust the angle guide to the desired angle using
the angle scale and tighten the knob firmly.
3.
With the fence at the desired width, secure it in
place.
4.
Ensure that the material does not touch the cutting
blade before turning on the saw.
Turn the on/off switch to the ON position.
5.
Hold the material firmly against the angle guide and
slide the angle guide along the fence guide, and
move the material to be cut towards the cutting
blade.
6.
After making the cut, switch off the saw. Wait for the
cutting blade to stop completely before removing
any part of the material.
TO MAKE AN L CUT (Figure 18)
L cuts are cuts that remove a part of the tile so that it fits in
a corner, around an electrical or inspection box, or a piece
of moulding, and it is achieved by means of two separate
cuts.
1.
Using a marker or grease pencil, mark the lines to be
cut on the material.
2.
Adjust the fence to the desired width, and secure it
in place.
3.
Position the material on the table firmly against the
fence.
4.
Ensure that the material does not touch the cutting
blade before turning on the saw.
Turn the on/off switch to the ON position.
5.
Hold the material firmly against the fence and move
the material to be cut towards the cutting blade.
6.
Make the cut along the marked line, without
overcutting.
7.
Turn the on/off switch to the OFF position.
8.
Turn the material over to cut along the length of
the other mark. This time go over the other line and
the cut piece should separate from the rest of the
material.
9.
After making the cut, switch off the saw. Wait for the
cutting blade to stop completely before removing
any part of the material.
TO MAKE A MITER CUT (Figure 19, 20)
Miter cuts of 22.5° and 45° can be made using the tilting
table.
NOTE: Miter cuts must be done with the tile upside
down.

Raise the tilting table.

On the underside of the tilting table, lower the two
table legs and align them at a right angle to the
table.

Use the first slots on the legs to rest the washer at
an angle of 22.5°.
Use the second set of slots to tilt the table to a 45°
angle.
NOTE: Ensure that the tilting table is firmly secured in its
position before starting to cut.
7.
Turn the on/off switch to the ON position.
8.
Allow the cutting blade to reach its maximum speed
and wait for it to become wet before moving the
material towards the blade.
9.
Hold the material upside down firmly against the
tilting table and move the material towards the
cutting blade.
10.
After making the cut, switch off the saw. Wait for the
cutting blade to stop completely before removing
any part of the material.
7.- MAINTENANCE OF THE SAW
WARNING: When carrying out maintenance use only
identical spare parts. Use of any other part can create a
hazard or cause damage to the product.
7.1 Cleaning the saw
It is important to clean the saw frequently. During
use, the fence and the angle guide will get dirty
and prevent the guide from sliding smoothly.
Unplug before performing any adjustments, repairs or
maintenance. Do not use aggressive cleaning products
to clean the machine. Do not submerge the machine in
water.
Remove the guides and the tilting table from the
saw.
With a small brush and water, thoroughly clean
each part to remove any trapped residue.
Remove the drain plug and empty the dirty water
in a bucket.
Rinse the machine properly.
Dispose of the waste water in accordance with local
regulations.
Replace the drain plug.
Dry the saw.
7.2 Aligning the fence with the cutting
blade
Aligning the fence with the blade (Figure 21)
WARNING: Before making any adjustments, ensure that
the tool is unplugged from the power source and the
switch is in the OFF position. Ignoring this warning could
result in serious personal injury.
The saw has been factory set for very precise cuts.
