Danger: Harmful gases
Paints, solvents, pesticides and other materials can contain toxic
substances as well as toxic gases that can enter the body with the air
inhaled into the body, causing nausea, fainting and poisoning.
Precautions:
• Use respiratory protection while working.
• The operator must wear a respiratory mask, safety glasses
(goggles), protective clothing, gloves and, if necessary, skin
protection creams.
Danger: General
It can cause serious injury and property damage.
Precautions:
• Please read the operating instructions carefully and follow the related
warnings in order to avoid any danger.
• Comply with all local safety regulations, pay attention to ventilation,
fire protection and act in accordance with the instructions.
• Use only devices and components approved by the manufacturer.
Otherwise, it may be dangerous.
• Do not use the tool outdoors or on rainy days.
• Protective gear such as goggles, helmet, clothing, etc. should be
worn.
• Never point the spray gun at people or animals.
Important safety information
Read all safety instructions before using the device.
Keep these instructions.
Battery and Charging Safety Instructions
1. Avoid accidental starting. Make sure the switch is in the off position
before connecting the battery or transporting the unit.
2. Disconnect the battery from the device before making any
adjustments, changing accessories, or storing it for a long time. Such
preventive safety measures reduce the risk of damage
3. Do not open the battery, it may short-circuit the battery.
4. Do not expose the battery to high temperature (e.g. sunlight, etc.),
naked flames, water or high humidity. They may short-circuit the cells
and cause a fire or explosion. Exposure to fire or temperatures above
130 ° C may cause an explosion.
5. When the battery is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects
such as paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws, or small metal objects.
They can short-circuit the battery terminals, causing burns or fire.
6. In the event of a fluid leakage from the battery, avoid contact with the
battery. In case of contact with the user's eyes, rinse with water and
seek medical attention. Battery fluid may cause irritation or burns
7. Use devices only with dedicated batteries. Using other batteries may
present a risk of injury and fire.
8. Do not use a damaged or modified device and battery. Damaged or
modified batteries can react unpredictably, resulting in fire, explosion
or injury.
9. Charge the batteries only with the charger specified by the
manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one type of battery may
create a fire risk when used with another battery.
10. Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the battery or device
outside the temperature range specified in the instructions. Incorrect
charging or operating outside the specified temperature range may
damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.
11. Do not modify or attempt to repair the device or the battery yourself (as
applicable), except as indicated in the instructions for use and care.
12. Repairs may only be performed by an authorized service center and a
qualified person, repairs may only be performed using original spare
parts. This will ensure the safety of the product and its longer use.

Mounting the spray gun
Mounting the spray gun
1. insert the fan assembly into the spray part from the unlock position to
the end, then rotate the fan assembly to lock the position.
2. mount the reservoir to lock the position.
Preparation of the spray substance
Before work, the spray material is diluted with a solvent specified by the
material manufacturer. Do not use spray material that exceeds the
specified maximum viscosity.
Note: Do not use flammable spray liquids!
Please follow the steps below:
1. Stir the spray material thoroughly before checking the viscosity.
2. Fully immerse the viscosity cup (7) in the spray material, except for the
hook part.
Raise the hook of the viscosity cup and record the time in seconds for the
liquid to flow out of the viscosity cup. This dripping time is recommended
by the material manufacturers. Spray materials should be filtered with wire
mesh before work to prevent large particles from clogging the nozzle.
Do not spray flammable liquids
Filling spray material
1. Remove the tank from the device
2. Pour the spray liquid after dilution and filtering into the tank. The liquid
level must not exceed the neck of the reservoir.
3. Carefully screw the fluid filled canister onto the gun and tighten.
By rotating the nozzle adjusting nut to different positions, the gun offers
three kinds of spraying methods: round, horizontal flat round, vertical flat
round. Users can adjust accordingly to achieve perfect spray results.
Users can adjust the size and shape of the spray by adjusting the air flow
regulator. As shown below.
Note: The trigger must be released when adjusting to avoid
any danger!
Never point the nozzle at people or animals!
Flow rate adjustment
The atomizer flow rate can be adjusted by turning the knob behind the
trigger (9). The larger the outlet, the greater the flow of the atomizer.
The HVLP (Low Pressure and High Flow) spray gun is a new spraying
system for users. Before starting work, it is worth doing a few exercises on
unnecessary material, wood or cardboard to gain practice. Recommended
for users who are using the device for the first time.
Pre-treatment of the treated surface
The spray result depends on how smooth and clean the surface is before
spraying. Therefore, you should carefully clean the surface of grease and
dust so that the sprayed material adheres to it as well as possible. Areas
that will not be treated should be protected.
Correct spraying method
• The spray gun is to be perpendicular to the surface when spraying.
The nozzle should be in the distance to the treated surface from 5
cm to 30 cm. The greater the distance, the larger the applied liquid
size.
• Move the spray gun evenly along the surface. Uniform spray gun
guidance ensures uniform surface coverage.
• Usually, it is recommended to cover the surface twice. The first spray
may be a little thinner and the second spray should be a little thicker.
• When spraying, hold the spray gun close to the surface to be
processed to avoid overspray into the surroundings.
