z Before use
PLEASE NOTE: This procedure may only be carried out
by an authorised electrician!
Electrical connection:
The protection of the charging system must be carried out in accordance with the relevant national
regulations. It depends on, for example, the switch-off time required, the internal network resistance,
conductor cross section, cable length and the max. capacity of the charging system. The individual
phases of the supply voltage must each be fused with circuit breakers, at least type A (when used in the
Netherlands or Italy they must also have residual current protection, type A on the input side). These
should be certified in accordance with IEC 60898-1, IEC 60947-2 or IEC 61009-1.
If the installation is in the Netherlands or Italy, you will need a type A residual current circuit breaker.
This should be certified in accordance with IEC 61008-1, IEC 61009 -1, IEC 60947-2 and IEC 62423.
The connecting cables should be designed for a current of least 16 A. Depending on the length and
country of installation the electrician should identify the appropriate cross section (e.g.: 2.5 mm²).
CAUTION: Please be sure that there is no voltage in the power lines which are to be connected to
the EV charger
!

Undo the 2 screws
Guide the electric cable under the strain relief
Single conductors must not be used for voltage supply. Only use sheathed cable.
Strip the electrical cable by approx. 50 mm.
Strip the individual conductors approx. 7 mm.
Connect the electric cable as follows: Insert the connecting cable into the cable gland.
Connect electric cable L1 to the screw terminal of mains connection L1
Connect electric cable L2 to the screw terminal of mains connection L2
Connect electric cable L3 to the screw terminal of mains connection L3
Connect the neutral electric cable to the neutral screw terminal
Connect the protective conductor electric cable to the conductor screw terminal
