7.3 Connecting the vehicle cable
DANGER
Risk of death due to electric shock
Contact with live parts results in a direct risk of
death due to electric shock.
n
In case of emergency or when fixing errors
or carrying out electrical work on the Wall-
box, comply with the following safety
rules:
n
Disconnect the Wallbox from the vol-
tage supply.
n
Ensure that there is no voltage.
n
Secure against being switched on
again.
n
Earth and short-circuit the Wallbox.
n
Cover any adjacent live parts and
secure the danger area.
DANGER
Risk of death due to incorrect connection
If the electrical supply line is incorrectly connec-
ted, there is a direct risk of death due to electric
shock.
n
Observe the wiring diagram.
n
Assign the wire colours correctly.
Observe local regulations.
n
1.
Slide the anti-kink protector over the cable.
See
figure
7.
2.
Insert a nut (M25). See
figure
3.
Run the anti-kink protector including cable
through from top to bottom until it meets
the insulation.
4.
Securely attach the nut (M25) to the Wall-
box with a fork wrench or pipe wrench. See
35
figure
8.
5.
Connect the CP cable in the top right (single
pole terminal). See
6.
Insert and connect the 5 wires of the vehicle
cable in the connecting terminals as follows:

7.
Detach the strain relief clamp from the com-
ponent bracket (1).
Choose the side according to the cable dia-
meter. See
8.
Securely tighten the strain relief clamp with
the appropriate screws (4x17) using a screw-
driver (or cordless screwdriver) to a torque
of 1.65 Nm +-8% (2). See

The Wallbox can be connected with 1 phase or 3
phases, see
Setting the power supply mains con-
figuration.
1.
Strip the insulation from the wires to a
length of 12 mm.
2.
For 3-phase connection: Assign the colours
correctly and insert in the connecting ter-
minals from left to right in the following
