• Your PRATIC 6i ELECTRIC RICE COOKER can also be used to make stews.
• Follow the instructions for cooking rice, adding the other ingredients listed in your recipe.
• Auto shutoff cannot be used when making stews.
• Follow instructions and, after the stew is cooked to your liking, remove the power cord from
the outlet.
• To turn on the warm function, plug the appliance back into the outlet.
CLEANING YOUR PRATIC 6I RICE & VEGETABLE COOKER
• Unplug the appliance and wait until it has cooled down completely.
• Never use steel wool, scrubs or any abrasive products, to avoid damaging the appliance.
• Do not use solvents, or any chemical substance, during internal or external cleaning, and be
careful that moisture does not penetrate the heating element.
• For external cleaning, use a dry or slightly damp, soft cloth to avoid scratching the surface
finishing material.
• Wash all removable parts with water and neutral detergent. Dry well with a soft cloth or paper.
• If necessary, clean the hotplate with a damp cloth.
• The inside of the Hinged Cover should be cleaned after each use with a cloth dampened with
warm water and dried thoroughly with a cloth or paper towel.
• The Steam Valve should be cleaned after each use. Remove it by pulling it outwards.
Wash it with warm water and neutral detergent. Dry thoroughly and put it back in place.
• Repeat this operation whenever your Electric Cooker has not been used for a prolonged time.
• The Water Reservoir should be cleaned right after each use. Remove it and wash it under
running water with neutral detergent, dry it with a soft cloth or paper towel before putting it
back in place.
• The Base should not be submerged in water or any other liquid.
• To avoid damaging the power cord, coil it before storing it.
• Before storing your appliance, make sure that the Water Reservoir is empty, as moisture may
damage it.
• Store the device in a flat, dry and safe place, out of reach of children and free from dust and
moisture.
