WARRANTY

VOLTR / Sweeek guarantees your device against any manufacturing and material defect for a pe-
riod of 2 years from the date of receipt by the consumer.
•
If a part is defective during the warranty period, your one and only appeal will be the repair or re-
placement of the defective part according to the methods defined by the Voltr / Sweeek after -sales
service.
•
Guarantee support does not include the return costs of the parts and/or the product. The implemen-
tation of the Sweeek (Walibuy) warranty is made by replacing damaged parts, return/ return to the
buyer.
•
This guarantee does not apply in the event of abuse, poor manipulation or unauthorized repair.
•
If the return of the defective product in our workshops is necessary, it will be appraised and you will
be kept informed of the repairs to be made. Our devices are provided for use in a private and perso-
nal framework, use in a professional setting would automatically cancel all guarantees.
LIST OF WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
•
Damage, breakdowns, failures or faults attributable to causes of external origin,
•
Breakdowns resulting from the modification of the construction and the original characteristics of the
device,
•
Breakdowns affecting parts not compliant with those recommended by the manufacturer,
•
Settings accessible to the beneficiary without dismantling the device,
•
Commissioning, adjustment, cleaning costs and non -consecutive tests to guaranteed damage,
•
Non-compliance with the manufacturer's instructions,
•
Repairs and damage suffered by the device after a repair carried out by any other person than a repai-
rer of our workshops, or without prior agreement on our part,
•
Makeshift or provisional repairs as well as the consequences of possible worsening resulting from it,
•
Damage due to corrosion, oxidation, poor connection,
•
Replacing the missing/damaged parts upon receipt, not reported on the slip delivery,
•
Replacement of wear parts*.
* Your voltr device is covered by the legal warranty, however, your device is made up of parts
wear. These parts will normally wear out in the context of normal domestic use and will have to
Ultimately be replaced by the User, after authorization from the Voltr / Sweeek after-sales service. Apart
from if these wear parts have a lack of unpacking or a manufacturing defect, they cannot be supported
in the warranty:

Blades
•
Wheels;
•
Transmission.
