After 10s without interaction, the display switches off. The selected status is still active, even though only the standby / heating mode
indication is visible. The first press or turn of the rotary knob turns the display back on showing the active status, without changing the
current mode or setting.

2. Local operation
2.1 Commissioning
After the power plug has been inserted, the IHC is in the initialisation phase. In this state, all LEDs light up for 2 seconds, afterwards

On first power-up, the IHC switches automatically to comfort mode with a target room temperature of 21°C.

In frost protection mode, the IHC ensures a minimum room temperature of 7°C, to avoid any risk of freezing.
In standby mode all heating functionalities are turned off. Selecting the standby mode is indicated acoustically by two beeps.
Exiting the standby mode is indicated acoustically by one beep.
In eco and comfort mode, the IHC is regulating the room temperature to the set value.

In timer mode, the IHC is heating with full power, ignoring the room temperature.
For example, it can be used to preheat and dry a towel, if used in a towel radiator. More information in chapter „Timer mode".
