In AUTO mode, some changes made on the IHC or RCE are only temporary (so called "override").
Temperature override
The room temperature can still be changed manually on RCE or IHC in AUTO mode. If the set room temperature is different to the one
defined within the weekly programme, the new room temperature is only applied until the next switch eco mode ↔ comfort mode according
the weekly program.
The temporary room temperature is indicated on the RCE by the override icon lightning up.
The override icon disappears if the selected room temperature matches the current room temperature defined in the weekly program.
To permanently change the room temperature in AUTO mode, please use the Connect-App.
Heating mode override
Switching locally on RCE or IHC from eco to comfort mode or vice-versa in AUTO mode is again only a temporary change which is applied
only until the next change according the defined weekly program. Switching to frost protection or standby mode is applied permanently
and the AUTO mode is stopped.

Errors
Error warning Cause
E1 The connection to the IHC is lost.
E5, E6 Hardware malfunction detected.

Remedial action
Ensure the IHC is turned on and in operation.
Check the distance between the remote con-
trol and radiator: Move the RCE close to the
IHC, the connection should be re-established
automatically. If error occurs again, reset the
RCE and perform again the pairing process
with the IHC.
Reset the RCE or briefly remove the batte-
ries. If error occurs again, contact customer
service.
