Programming Macros
A macro allows you to automate actions you have to do frequently with your
remote control. E.g. if you want to watch a DVD, you have to turn on the
DVD, turn on the TV, turn on the receiver/amplifier, select the DVD input
channel on your amplifier and start playing the DVD.The different keys you
have to press to do this, can be stored under one single key. So you only
have to press one button to start up your system for watching a DVD.
Example 'Watching DVD' macro:
1
Select the required mode with the
SELECT key, e.g. DVD mode.
2
Press keys 1 and 6 of the SRU 7060
simultaneously for 5 seconds until the
DVD label blinks twice and then remains lit.
3
Press keys 9, 9 and 1, in that order.
