1 SAFETY WARNINGS AND REGULATIONS
1.1 Warnings
m WARNINGS
– Read this manual carefully before install-
ing the appliance.
– The appliance is an integral part of the
system. Refer also to the documentation
of the controlled boiler.
– Installation may only be carried out by
Professionally Qualified Personnel.
– To ensure the correct measurement of the av-
erage room temperature, install SIME SRS in
places protected against direct sunlight and
continuous air draughts.
– The manufacturer shall not be held lia-
ble for any harm to people or animals and
damage to objects due to incorrect or im-
proper installation or use of SIME SRS .

The electronics are at risk of damage fol-
lowing electrostatic discharge (ESD); AVOID
contact.
1.2 Restrictions

– Install SIME SRS near appliances that emit
electromagnetic radiation.
– Allow by children or unassisted disabled
persons to use SIME SRS .
