Front panel/grille FCND02A assembly
The front panel/grille, available for FWH 02-03-04 versions, is
delivered in a separate cardboard box:
To install the panel (Fig.13):
Ū Turn the two locking clips (1) downwards.
Ū Attach the panel body (3) with appropriate screws (4) at the
inserts (2) already present on it.
Ū For the correct fixing of panel group (3) align one of the sides
with filter fixing bracket (6) to the sides with electrical box
(11).
Ū To install the filter, unscrew slightly the fixing screws (7) of
support brackets (6).
Ū From position (A), move the two brackets (6) horizontally
first and then vertically along "L" guides, to move the screws
(7) to position (B).
Ū Pass the filter through the cleared area by the movement of
brackets and block it by reversing the procedure to the point
above, then replace the screws (7) in position (A) and tighten
them.
Ū Place the covering panel (9) hooking up safety cables first (8)
to the clip (1) and then join the panel with unit (3) through
magnets (10) on 4 sides.

6 CHECKS BEFORE STARTUP
6.1 PRELIMINARY CHECKS
Make sure:
Ū make sure that the power cable is not damaged, if it is dam-
aged must be replaced by the manufacturer or its technical
assistance service or in any case by a person with a similar
qualification, in order to prevent any risk,
Ū that the unit is stable and perfectly level,
Ū that the electrical cables are well tightened on their terminal

Ū that the electrical cables are properly insulated from any
Ū that the unit is well earthed,
Ū that no tools or any other foreign objects have been left in
Ū that the filter is properly installed,

cause the terminal block to overheat),
