NOTE: This fixture is intended fro 120V operation ONLY.
NOTE: See Figure 1 for parts of fixture head.
1. Remove handle screw from fixture head, position handle, and use
screw to attach handle to fixture. See Figure 2.
2. Attach fixture head to arm using the hand knobs included in hardware
bag. Make sure the provided fender washer is positioned between
the fixture yoke and the arm to allow for easy rotation of the fixture.
One split washer should be used under each knob to prevent
loosening of the knobs. See Figure 3.
3. Use the included cord clips to secure the power cord in position along
the arm.

outlet which is next to or between dock door openings. See Figure 4.
5. Attach the arm mounting bracket at the chosen location using 1/4"
fasteners (provided by others) appropriate for the mounting surface.
Fastener length should be a minimum of 3". See Figure 5.
6. Plug the fixture into an appropriately rated 3-prong outlet. Use the
ON/OFF switch to operate the fixture.
7. Fixture can be fully articulated using the adjustable arm. It can also
be rotated and tilted by loosening the hand knobs on the fixture head
or the yoke. Once properly aimed, the hand knobs can be tightened
to secure the fixture head in place. See Figure 6.
