MAINTENANCE AND WARRANTY
All LIU JO LUXURY smartwatches are built with highly professional
technical criteria, using innovative materials, qualitatively tested.
LIU JO LUXURY smartwatches are water resistant but are not suitable
for diving and water sports, as the e ectiveness of the seals could be
compromised.
For all models it is recommended not to press the buttons / not to
remove the crown in direct contact with water.
WARRANTY SERVICE
To obtain the warranty service, the customer must present the
warranty certi cate or write to customerservice@liujo.com to be
guided in the event of an online purchase. To be valid, this certi cate
must be duly completed and dated by the retailer from whom the
smartwatch was purchased. e postage insurance costs for sending the
smartwatch to an authorized service center are exclusively borne by the
owner of the smartwatch.
INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY
IYour smartwatch is guaranteed for twenty-four months starting from
the date of purchase according to the conditions speci ed in this
document. is guarantee is valid internationally and covers any
material and manufacturing defects.
THE WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY IF COMPLETED
