GENERAL APPLIANCE DESCRIPTION
– The fork kneader FF/30 is an appliance designed and constructed to homogeneously
knead and mix any type of dough, soft or hard, intended for human consumption.
– The professional appliance is designed to be installed in catering environments (bars,
pizzerias, restaurants, etc.). Special training is not required. However, users should
have skills and abilities specific to the catering sector.
Any use other than that indicated by the manufacturer is considered IMPROPER.
– The appliance is constructed with selected materials and appropriate techniques to
guarantee maximum hygiene, rust resistance, significant energy savings and operating
safety.
– All appliance parts in contact with food products are made of suitable materials.
