a rotary brush overload feature. Rugs and carpet with
very thick and/or loose pile, can cause the overload
feature to activate and the rotary brush will stop rotating.
Try cleaning on the hard floor speed setting
problem persists, the surface is not suitable for cleaning
with the rotary brush.
