Volume and placement.
When using a white noise machine
for babies, it's essential to consider
the distance and sound strength to
ensure it's both effective and safe.
Distance
The white noise machine should be

baby to avoid direct exposure to the
sound source.

The sound strength or volume level
of the white noise machine should be
set at a safe and appropriate level for
a baby's delicate ears. As a general
guideline, a sound level between
50-70 decibels is often considered
safe and effective for most babies.
This level can mimic the comforting
sounds they heard in the womb
without being excessively loud.
It's crucial to monitor the baby's
