Lentil soup

1 tablespoon of vinegar

Peel and dice the onion, clean the
vegeta-bles and cut into pieces. Peel
the potatoes and cut into larger pieces.
Add oil to the pressure cooker and
lightly fry the onions. Add potatoes,
vegetables and the lentils and pour in
the vegetable broth. Add spices and
herbs to taste. Close the pot. The
cooking time is approximately 10
minutes at level II. Open the pot and
subsequently add the vinegar to the
lentils.
