FM MODE button
The FM MODE button is for selecting the FM broadcast
mode.

When the FM broadcast signal is too weak, press FM
MODE
button to MONO. Although the broadcast be-
comes
mono,
background
noise will be reduced,
im-
proving the sound.
RF LEVEL button
The RF LEVEL button is used for switching the sensitiv-
ity of the tuner. It is usually set to DX, but should be set
to LOCAL when the signal is strong and there is ap-
preciable distortion.
@ When presetting the FM broadcast station, the con-
dition of the RF LEVEL button can also be preset.
After pressing the STATION
PRESET button, make
the setting with the RF LEVEL button.
IF BAND button
The IF BAND button is used for switching the selectivity
of the tuner. it is usually set to WIDE, but should be set
to NARROW
when there is bad interference.
IF BAND button are irrelevant when listening to AM
(MW) and LW broadcasts.
