Before
connecting,
always
turn
off
the
power
switches of the equipment.
®@ Red plugs are connected to the right (R) channel and
white piugs to the left (L).

® Connect plugs firmly, pushing them all the way in.
Incomplete connections are a cause of noise.

Please be sure to connect correctly; according to the
figure.
@ Hold the plug rather than the cord when disconnect-
ing.
@ Please turn on the power after verifying that the con-
nection is correct.
POWER SOURCE VOLTAGE
SELECTOR
SWITCH (H model only)
This model has been preset to operate on 220-240 V
power source voitage. However, it can be set to work on
power source voltage of 110-120 V.
When changing the power source voitage setting, set
the power source voltage selector switch to the position
corresponding to the power source voltage of your area.

FM Antenna
Attach
the accessory
feeder antenna
or an
outdoor
antenna.
With the Z model (designed for use in West Germany
and Italy), connect a coaxial connector type indoor an-
tenna (not supplied).
Antenna Terminals
There are two types of antenna cords: the 75 ohms twin-
lead feeder and the 75 ohms coaxial cable. Either may
be used with this unit but only one should be con-
nected.

1. Fold according to arrows in illustration.
fix it in place with double-sided tape.
With the loop positioned above the base, drive two nails
or two screws through the holes. Then fold as shown in
illustration, snapping the cover closed.
Important
Do not unwind the looped antenna wire. Only the lead
wires (braided together) may be extended away from the
antenna.
